In his online-book ''Poetic Computation: Reader'' Taeyoon Choi discusses code as a form of poetry and aesthetic––an idea of which I myself am finally coming to terms with. I don't really know what code is and will probably never be able to read it, but after reading and observing some of Choi's work, I am able to see code as a visual art and as a type of poetry, one that possesses certain "literary" aspects characteristic of "E-Lit."
