I will be making a book of lies for my final project. The form will be a book of however many pages I come up with after gathering lies, or mention of the words 'lie', 'lies', 'lying', 'liar', and so forth. I will probably structure it by word or platform and I want to somehow make it into a poem or story...I was thinking about incorporating images of lies as well and in that sense I would be able to incorporate digital lies such as photo shopped images or pictures of written lies. This may or may not happen once I begin gathering my content and see different patterns. The materials used will thus be different platforms of social media i.e. Facebook, Twitter (which I will have to make for this project I believe), Instagram, and perhaps song lyrics, so the Internet in general. I may be working with too many platforms if I use all of them though...Anyhow, this project relates to the course content because it deals with how things are sent out and gathered online and how any content put up is essentially able to be taken and warped however someone so chooses. In this way nothing is private, and everything can be transformed, thus creating lies of what really is. It also illustrates how people communicate and express themselves online to convey a variety of different feelings.
