Epic Lyric Poem<\/a> (PDF, TXT, and SQL) is published by Troll Thread<\/a> (2015), and was exhibited and performed variously beginning in 2012.  <\/span><\/div>\n

The poem extracted every line that includes the string “l-y-r-i-c” from a pop song database spanning all genres, standardizing and rearranging the results following the conventions of epic poetry. <\/p>\n

Most ambitiously, a<\/span>s a publishing project,<\/span> <\/span>large portions of the full SQL database were printed in Z\u00fcrich as part of the “Poetry Will Be Made By All!” exhibition. <\/span><\/p>\n

Three full-size wall posters from this printing (30 feet in length) are available for free. Samples of the posters in the exhibition and production can be seen below. <\/span><\/p>\n
